Fiserv

Comprehensive rebrand of financial sector technology firm.

After numerous acquisitions, Fiserv, the largest provider of technology, logistics and information management for the financial services industry, needed an update to bring all companies under one umbrella brand. I created a clean and solidly structured wordmark which is given emphasis and ownability by the full stop (called the “Proof Point”). Appropriately the wordmark is very formal and corporate and communicates a strong sense of a utilitarian and no nonsense financial mechanism.

In addition to the wordmark, I developed a brand book, look and feel system, identity standards and wayfinding signage system.

BEFORE: After so many acquisitions, a major point of confusion for Fiserv customers was when employees of Fiserv divisions presented separately branded business cards.

AFTER: The Landor work helped streamlined the brand portfolio and set up a system for naming and brand architecture. The result is a transformative experience for clients (and Fiserv employees).
