Seeing my designs out in the world is always a thrill, but spotting the State Street Global Advisors logo I created on the Fearless Girl plaque was especially invigorating. While my work is just a small piece of this iconic project, knowing that my design is part of something so impactful is an incredible feeling. It’s a reminder of how branding and storytelling connect to real-world moments.
Fearless Girl, by sculptor Kristen Visbal, was first installed near the Charging Bull statue on Wall Street on March 7, 2017, one day before International Women’s Day. It was brought in by State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) in a project created by advertising agency McCann New York.
